You might be asking, “who the heck is Vance Joy?” When I told my friend John about my crush on him he said, “Wait, does he work at Adventures?” LOL NO, he doesn’t work here. If you’ve heard the song “Riptide” and I’m betting you have, you’ve heard Vance Joy. Here he is in all his scruffy handsomeness. Don’t forget to guard your hearts 
And he plays ukulele. What a stud.
BEFORE WE GO ON, please know that this is just for fun. I’m not man-crazy and I really am content in my singleness. There’s a point to all of this, just trust me 
Here are the top 10 reasons Vance Joy should date me:
1. He could teach me guitar. I’m trying and I’m learning, but to have a pro come alongside me and guide me would be great. My learning would progress much faster.
2. AND he could play guitar so I wouldn’t have to worry about it! 90% of why I play guitar is to have something to sing to. He could play, I could sing, it’d be great.
3. AND we could make beautiful music together! Literally. I could harmonize with him and accent his already beautiful voice to give his songs a fuller sound.
4. AND we could write songs together.
5. Dating Vance Joy would definitely give me an in to share the Gospel. #FlirttoConvert #Kelseythisonesforyou He’s famous so he has a lot of influence. Think of the souls that could be won! (I never use that phrase in real life)
6. He’s really tall, like 6’4 I think. Okay so this is just my personal preference and doesn’t benefit anyone else but still.
7. He’s from Australia and multicultural families are beautiful.
8. Everyone knows curly hair is the best kind of hair and Vance (or should I say James, which is actually his name) and I both have curly hair which means we would be likely to produce children with curly hair, thus making the world a better place.
9. What a great name LeAnn Joy would be. Or LeAnn Keogh which is his actual last name.
10. I don’t know how much money Vance has made with all of his music, but I’m sure its enough to cover all of my fundraising needs for many years.
